First Rep is a fitness progress and game-style motivation app. Users are responsible for training safely and should stop if they feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. First Rep is not medical advice.
Age-Gated Social Features
Daily photo exchange, partner features, and pact pools are limited to adult users. Users must not upload illegal, explicit, harassing, threatening, or contact-soliciting content.
User Content and Moderation
First Rep may use AI-assisted safety checks to reject, remove, or delete content that violates safety rules. Users can report and block other users. Shared exchange photos may be deleted when a match is declined, expires, is reported, or a partnership ends.
Camera Exercise Verification
On-device pose checks are used to identify supported fitness movements, count repetitions, and verify claimed app rewards. Equipment-required movements also use an on-device object detector when a reviewed model is bundled. First Rep may reject or review check-ins when the movement is unknown, unsupported or ambiguous, when joint visibility, movement range, repetition count, timing, or abnormal activity signals are insufficient, or when the required equipment class, confidence, frame coverage, and body position do not agree. A missing or unavailable equipment model never counts as proof that physical equipment is present.
Digital Purchases
Characters, medals, revive tickets, clothing, and other in-app resources are digital content. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for physical goods. iOS purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment and refund systems.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion from Privacy & Account in the app. Some transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or platform obligations.
Service Availability
Features may be changed, suspended, or limited when required for safety, maintenance, legal compliance, platform requirements, or technical reliability. First Rep does not guarantee that rankings, rewards, matches, or online services will always be available.
