First Rep is a personal fitness progress journal. It helps you record private photos, review an all-photo gallery, compare two photos, manually record height and weight, view locally calculated BMI and progress charts, and schedule reminders. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, or an emergency service.
Manual Body Measurements
You are responsible for the height and weight values you choose to enter after a photo or as a manual check-in. Entering body data after a photo is optional and can be skipped until a future photo. First Rep does not use HealthKit and does not estimate or recognize body measurements from the camera or your photos. BMI is calculated only on your device from your entries and is a general reference, not medical advice or a medical diagnosis.
Training Safely
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek qualified help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Local Records and Exports
Your progress photos and manually entered height and weight records are encrypted and stored locally on your device. First Rep does not upload these records. You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and for any photo or comparison image you choose to export. First Rep does not promise cloud backup or recovery of local photos or body measurement records.
Lifetime Access
The free download requires one non-consumable Lifetime Access purchase before the app's tracking features can be used. There is no trial or free feature tier. The planned US launch price is US$2.99; the displayed price comes from the App Store and may vary by region. The purchase permanently unlocks the complete app for the purchasing Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store terms. Apple handles payment processing, purchase restoration, and refund decisions.
No First Rep Account
First Rep does not create an online account or provide cloud backup. App Store purchases remain associated with the Apple ID used for the purchase under Apple's terms.
Availability and Changes
First Rep may change or suspend features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform requirements. Local data may become unavailable if the app or its device storage is removed or damaged.
